We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping and handling is calculated in the shopping cart based on your order total as outlined below. Prices reflect USPS postal rates, confirmation services, and packaging.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise. You must arrange for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase by emailing info@queenpuffpuff.com, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return an item until you have contacted us and have received instructions. Include your invoice with any returns so we can contact you with any potential questions.
