Online orders are currently through our secure shopping cart. To order use the "add to your cart" button on the product page. California residents: 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days of full payment. Please note that PayPal eChecks take approximately 4 business days to clear and items will not be shipped until cleared.
Personal Checks and Money Orders are also accepted. To order, simply send us a quick email and we will put your items on hold. We will send you a confirmation email that will let you know where to send payment.
Personal Checks: Your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your check clearing and items will not be shipped before the check clears. If the check is not received within 14 days of receiving the Queen Puff Puff address email, the item(s) will be returned to stock. If the check arrives later and the item is still available, it will be shipped to you when the check clears, otherwise your check will be returned. There will be a $25 fee assessed for bounced checks. Please note: checks for an incorrect amount will be returned.
Money Orders: Your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your money order. If the money order is not received within 14 days of receiving the Queen Puff Puff address email, the item(s) will be returned to stock. If the money order arrives later and the item is still available, it will be shipped to you. Please note: money orders for an incorrect amount will be returned.

We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping and handling is calculated in the shopping cart based on your order total as outlined below. Prices reflect USPS postal rates, confirmation services, and packaging. Shipping is free for orders over $100.

Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise. You must arrange for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase by emailing info@queenpuffpuff.com, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return an item until you have contacted us and have received instructions. Include your invoice with any returns so we can contact you with any potential questions.
